I also feel like the story itself could’ve been a bit more developed so that such an interesting period of history could also have a more interesting story where the main character wasn’t so 2dimensional I feel like there were hints kindertrahsport 3d characterization but it wasn’t enough.

Between and the outbreak of the Second World War, almost 10, children, most of them Jewish, were sent by their parents from Germany, Czechoslovakia, Austria to safety in Britain. Read for school, generally a short interesting sanuels. Worthy subjects do not good literature make.

Kindertransport is as much about the survivors guilt as it is about the difficulty of connecting with something born from you when you have no notion of who in fact you are.
I think the idea was a good one and the subject of the Kindertransport is fascinating, but the characters and dialogue just didn’t do it for me. Now widely considered a modern classic, Kindertransport has been read and studied the world over. There are no discussion topics on this book yet.
