Why can’t I see my data?

VAT Guard scheduled the import of data from Amazon on the 4th of every month. That is one of the reasons you might not see any data in your account under the orders, products and files and reports menu. Especially when you first create your account, if the account is created after the 4th of the month, then the data will be pulled only in the next month on the 4th day.

If you see any missing data or data inconsistency, or you have problems logging in, or you might receive an error, then it is a case to contact our support team at help desk on the bottom right side – Ask here.
